Yes its a cat, and yes it's blue - but the title just not do justice to this mesmirising print.
This paper is heavier than decoupage tissue paper, but lighter than wall paper, so less prone to wrinkling, tearing & bubbling..  Apply in the usual manner with mod podge, and once dry seal with water based varnish.
